F&N One Office — an operational brief translated into a shared workplace.

Understand the business and the people

The starting point is the client’s objectives, audience and operations. Stakeholder discussions, site observation, competitor references and customer-journey studies help establish what the space needs to achieve. Preliminary planning and budgeting create a basis for evaluating ideas.

Translate a brand into a spatial experience

Concept development connects positioning and identity with atmosphere, layout and use. Zoning, perspectives, material studies and walkthrough visuals help the client assess how the proposed environment will feel and function before the detail is resolved.

Resolve the interior as a coordinated design

Schematic and detailed design connect plans, ceilings, elevations, joinery, finishes, furniture and equipment. Coordination with architects, engineers and specialists brings technical requirements into the design conversation. Buildability, maintenance and budget remain part of the review.

Prepare a clear basis for procurement

Tender documentation records the agreed design through drawings, specifications and schedules. Tender review helps compare contractor submissions, clarify scope, record qualifications and support an informed appointment decision.

Support the design through delivery

The profile’s site-stage framework includes review of shop drawings, samples and mock-ups, site coordination, design issue resolution, defects and as-built information. The extent of attendance, authority and specialist involvement is defined in the appointment.

Carry the identity into future locations

Where a brand or operator plans a rollout, a guideline package turns the design into a working reference. It can define fixture families, materials, spatial principles and operational relationships while allowing for different site conditions.
